Your O's are pretty good, however I don't think you will need Bradford and I'm not sure about Marquis, Lohse, or Bonderman.

I would offer some basement deals (<1500) over 4-5 years to Sabathia, Beckett, Garland, and Cook. Cook always sims really well in this game, you should try to get him if you can.

Offer basement deals (<1000 over 4-5 years) to:
N. Johnson - great hitter, would make a decent 3rd baseman
Orlando Hudson - I know he's old, but a 1000 deal won't hurt you and look at that defense
Beltre - see above
Orlando Cabrera - see above
Omar Vizquel - see above
Tejada - see above, except he's poor defensively but a good hitter, decent 2B/3B/OF
Alex Gonzalez - see above

Guys who you should really try to get:
Figgins - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, he's seriously would help the team a lot as a 2B.
Crawford - He's just all around great, you can put him anywhere and he'll help the team a lot.
Werth - just a good player

I think I might lay off an infielder, I got cedeno up to 13 arm strength and B fielding so I think one more chance will work

I think I'll try for Werth for a RF and move Buck to LF

Bradford is edited and he can be useful

I know I'm not being very active but at the same time I really want to keep a good amount of the pirates intact

Well I think you should offer some deals to the guys at mentioned, at that price you could just use them as bench players if you wanted to.
Johnson would make a good RF, so would Beltre, Tejada, Gonzalez (is he edited?), and Crawford. I highly recommend Crawford.
Chone Figgins would be a perfect leadoff man and would make a good second baseman, he would be an improvement over Fontenot. (And actually, so would Werth. You could sign Werth, Figgins, or Crawford to play second base, then use sign Johnson/Beltre/Tejada/Gonzalez to play RF and move Buck to LF.)

Also, in spring training you can convert a right-handed hitter to a left-handed hitter. (I don't recommend Stairs unless he's really cheap)

Actually I don't think I'm gonna need Stairs

but Im not converting positions like you said, i want the realism factor so Werth to 2nd base and is a big no-no

but I'll see when I play

How about Figgins to second base, Crawford to RF, Buck to LF? That's realistic.

Then the rest of the guys I recommended can be utility infielders, Werth can platoon with Buck.

Crawford is great but he might not be a fit because he's a lefty

I have no righty who can kill lefties and McCutchen is already my leadoff man and Werth has 5 Vs Lefty and he has B power, I need a guy to crush to lefties and it was a weakness I had in 2009

Figgins is not a bad option and is someone to think of

alright then, Werth is good too. I would still go ahead and offer Crawford a deal (He could replace Buck or something) but only about 2000 over 5 years or so. For the record Figgins is a switch hitter and he would be great as a second baseman. And for the others, again, you can offer basement deals to all of them and hopefully one of them will accept, then he can become your bench player or third baseman. Is converting Nick Johnson to 3B realistic? He would fit well there at third base and would become the best power hitter on your team. Beltre and Tejada would help the team at 3B too, Cabrera would be a good 2B or utility infielder.

and also, which pitchers do you think you will go after?

and remember... don't be afraid if they want a big contract. Just offer cheap deals over 5 years and hope for the best.

also this log is gonna slow down soon. first of all school(thats on sept 9th but still) AND for a few days(or a few weeks) the TV that I play my game on is gonna be moved a few rooms away so updates will be harder to do because I just had to go a few steps to go to my TV and now it will be annoying to go room by room just to see who I got, who the winning pitcher is and etc

ugh. Yeah, that will be annoying (personal experience).

And, like I said, if they're only making 1000 a year, they won't hurt warming the bench. (See Dodgers with Andruw Jones :) )

Oh yeah don't forget about Freddy Sanchez either, he'd make a good 2B/3B/Bench too.
(not to mention everett, who would be strictly a bench player/defensive replacement, or Orlando Hudson, who'd be a perfect SS for your team.)

I'm still gonna go with my ideas

I thought about Sanchez if anyone but I'll give Fontenot a chance again

so now it comes to a reliever and a starter

Bradford
Wheeler
Baez
Cruz

Prefferably Bradford or Wheeler

for starters:

Cook
Marquis(edited)
maybe Lohse?

I like Marquis but cook is a small option too

and this log is gonna go down worse than i thought, ALOT of people in my family watch TV and now theres only one and thats the one that I play power pros with, I love my luck

You should try for a front-of-the-rotation starting pitcher. That's why I think you should offer those 3000, 5 year deals to Beckett and Sabathia. (Garland and Duchsherer would be OK too - maybe 2000 over 5 years.) But if you can get Cook to a cheap deal (I've gotten him for under 1000) then you'll be fine.

I don't want high contract guys because I'm running out of points because of training items but I like Cook and Marquis

and this was out of pure boredem and not having a TV do anything with

Pirates sign ace, right fielder and veteran reliever in first round of Free Agents

Mission acclompished. Today the Pirates have announced that they have signed RHP Aaron Cook to a small 3095 point deal which suprised alot that he signed because he rejected bigger offers from the Cardinals and White Sox, Cook hadd a 3.69 ERA with the Rockies. They also were able to nab right fielder Jason Werth for a very low 950 point deal, Werth hit 27 homeruns and hit .237 last year and is expected to rake against righies. Another under the radar move the Pirates made was signing veteran submarine pitcher Chad Bradford for a 760 point deal. Bradford had a 5.02 ERA with the Rays last year and will be the veteran in the pen. There were other suprises on the free agent markets, especially with the red sox

Tejeda back in his old home of Baltimore

Beltre back to the Mariners

Garland back to the diamondbacks

Cameron is now a Cub

Ayala back to the Twins

Ceser Izturiz goes to the Rangers

Barrett goes to the Brewers

Duchscherer back to the Athletics

Overbay back to the Blue Jays

Ramon Castros to the Blue Jays

Sabathia goes from the Yankees to the Red Sox
