Lost a perfect in 07 in the 9th... I was using my closer for my Arrange team since I ran out of pitchers... one of those hits that goes dead up the middle and neither fielder can reach... :(

I did it with Duke last night but I simulated 4 or 5 innings of it

I know this is against the rules I posted, but I don't care; I threw three perfect games tonight with my success mode pitcher I made, Matt Nelson. Three perfect games, and two one-hit shutouts, and in one of those one-hit shutouts, 26 of the 27 outs he record were strikeouts. It was so awesome. :D

I pitched a perfect game in exhbition mode with Wakefield in 07 and then in 08 I pitched a perfect game with Johan Santana in season mode.
