I know how you feel. It is so hard to beat Burnett, espically on best. So many groundouts!!!

He kept making me look stupid striking me out with his sinker.

But when he is in poor condition, its easy to murder him. Yes, but I don't like his knuckle curve. Hope he pitches well tomorrow though.

Alex Rios belted a solo homer in the first, but in the second, Carl Crawford jacked his own solo shot to tie it up. The Rays then took the lead in the sixth on a B.J. Upton solo homer, but was tied up in the eighth by Lyle Overbay with HIS own solo homer. With no more score until the fourteenth, John McDonald hit a walk-off RBI single to right to give Dan Wheeler his first loss of the season.

Lyle Overbay jacked a solo shot in the third, Alex Rios belted a two-run homer in the sixth to take the lead, and they hit two homers in the seventh, one off the bat of Matt Stairs, and the other by Lyle Overbay, his second of the game. In the ninth inning, B.J. Upton homered off Blue Jays closer B.J. Ryan to narrow the lead, but Ryan finished them off for the save.

Drew RBI single, and David Ortiz with a sacrifice fly to score the go-ahead run. The Rays scored first in the second with a Rocco Baldelli RBI single, but Mike Lowell tied it up in the fourth with a solo homer. The Rays scored two in the bottom of the fourth with an RBI single by Dioner Navarro, and an RBI triple off the bat of Rocco Baldelli to take a two-run lead, but the Red Sox stormed back in the fifth with four runs. J.D Drew belted a two-run single, David Ortiz got an RBI double, and Mike Lowell hit an RBI single to take the lead. The Rays tied it up again in the bottom of the inning when B.J. Upton and Evan Longoria both jacked solo homers. The Red Sox broke the tie in the seventh with Jason Varitek hitting an RBI double followed by Kevin Youkilis with an RBI single. The Rays narrowed the lead to one in the eighth with a sacrifice groundout by Dioner Navarro. The odd part about this play was that Carl Crawford was on second, and managed to come all the way around to score. Then, in the ninth inning with B.J. Upton on first, Carlos Pena jacked a walk-off two-run homer to center to give the Rays the win they needed.
