Heres a tip to others about interact

After following the rule which is: keep on pressing "talk to someone" until it doesn't go to someone and then don't press anything, then wait until someone shows up and then ask them to join.

well I've finally figured out that teenagers are terrible, it goes in order from best to worse

Middle-Aged
Young
Mature men
Teenagers

Middle aged are the ones that have been along for maybe 10 years and are in their low 30's to mid 30's
They are the best ones who usually have 30+ in their attributes

Young men are good too, they are in their low 20's and have been around for 2-5 years and have experience so they can be very good

Mature men are up and down and are usually in their 40's. They get worse the older they get usually at this game and sometimes you can gamble one with 1 or 2 good years, or you can find one with 1's across the board

Teenagers are usually bad and are from 18 or usually. They have really no experience making them useless in a way but not terrible sometimes. Teenage catchers plague these teenagers and are found alot, abd 95% of the the time are terrible

ALSO, the longer you have to click talk to someone and then walk away, the better the player will be

how do you get them to join?

ok. Keep on pressing "talk to someone" then "walk away" UNTIL it gets to the point where you press talk to someone and then it doesn't go anywhere. Then just wait a few seconds and DONT PRESS ANYTHING. then it'll be someone and then say have you been to a baseball game before, then he'll say he's a player and you get a chance to ask him to join your team

but heres some very good advice, when you get to the point where he tells you that he's a player and you press something and it doesn't load, DONT PRESS ANYTHING AGAIN and wait, I've lost out on alot of good players because I was impatient and pressed it a few times and then it goes back to the interact menu
