You go to Manager Controls, select the next pitcher in the top bar, then go to the next line, and select Pull (insert pitcher name here) now.

Me, RD, Lance, and Jacobye have had the hardest schedules so far. And PP Jr and DNK are ahead of me ONLY because they won alot, but have a SoS under 25...
