They usually come by every minute or two for me...

Click talk to someone.
then, ask "have you ever been to a baseball game?"
ask the questions you feel like asking (if it's a potential recruit, he'll say something like I'd rather be playing than watching")
then ask him to join the team

do I just walk away everytime I don't get a teenager

and sometimes if I press walk away or something like that, then it doesn't work

and do I have to play a game for him to join?
