Missing Player Project: Hitters (Links on Pg 1)

Do you need any help making these players, or are you already taking care of it?

Thanks, but all is good. However I do need help with Alcedes Escobar. Not his fielding ratings, but more importantly his batting I know his contact rate will be low, and he won't hit for many home runs. I was going to say;

problem is, ChiCubs has a Wii, and you guys have a PS2. They really need to make passwords compatible...

Escobar is a premium defender with a strong arm - he'll be one of the rangiest players in baseball the moment he arrives, and that goes for any position. He and Elvis will likley spend the next decade gobbling up Gold Glove awards.

As a hitter, his month-to-month splits and accompanying scouting reports suggest he has been improving at a rapid rate. He doesn't walk or strike out much (Aggressive HTR) and it his lack of power currently translates to 5-8 homers per 550 AB's (+/- 80 PWR). His speed serves him well on the basepaths (Stealing) and boosts his batting average (Gd IF HTR). Still pretty raw, but he's a good athlete and a hard worker - he profiles as a #1 or #2 hitter once he matures.

Is he the infielder Detroit called up end of last season hit I think 5hrs in limited amount of games. Has alot of power? I was thinking to also do Mike Hollimon as well.

Hessman is a 31-year old AAAA veteran. You could probably live without him.

Sorry for not posting players in a while. Been working also had the flu. Basically have worked on a ton of players. Two will be posted soon, both John Baker (Marlins) and Fernando Martinez (mets).
