well the red sox ended up losing and what a ferouciuous comeback by the O's!

Down 9-1, going to a rain delay, losing 10-1 in the 7th, getting runs off of our best relievers and finally getting the 2 runs that gave them the lead off Papelbon

Yay, we just made a good comeback for ourselves

Down by 4, Youk hit a 2 run shot then we got the bases loaded with 2 outs and Baldelli hit a 2 run single

This reminds me of the mothers day miracle where Guthrie shut us out through 8 then we got 6 runs in the 9th off their closer

In this one we were down 4 and Brad Bergesen gave up a run in 8 innings and we got 4 runs of their relievers

I was at the Yankee game on Tuesday. Fantastic game. I was watching the score board when Baltimore was down 10-1. When it started raining, I was praying it would be rained out, and was pretty angry when it continued. The game ended when it was 10-9 Boston, and I left my cell at phone and I was taking the train. The wait killed me, untill I heard someone else on the train cheering because of the score. Haha, it's unbelievable. So much for the best bullpen in the game. The ERA's now and on June 1st for most of the pitchers is way more then a whole point, often 2. Look at the Yankees bullpen in gameday next time, it's really improved. Hughes has a 1.1 ERA in the bullpen, so ignore his 4.5 (all of it's as a starter). Most of the awful pitching are pitchers in the minors now, which is why the era is really good. They had a 2.4-2.6 era in June, they've really started to change it around. I'm not too suprised, as last year it was so good. Overall because April and May was so bad, I'm hoping there bullpen ens up being average or above so. My guess is next year if they add another reliever (2010's free agent class has a huge amount of strong relivers), they'll be amoung the top 6 or 7 bullpens in the game. All their young players are still devoloping, every pitcher but Marte (Injured anyway), Moe, and Tomko are very young, and most in their second year.

By Tomko, do you mean Brett Tomko? If you do then he isn't young at all. He's 36.

I hope Lou's eruption last week means he got his "fire" back and the press can leave him alone. I really hope it starts a winning streak

Yeah, that's to bad for Scales. You're right though, he did do pretty good.

He's a feel good story.

Holliday has to be going to a team that's competeing but needs a bat, like the Giants.

I wonder what the A's will be asking for though...

Rowand or Winn will probably be in there somewhere, as well as somebody like Ishikawa or Frandsen maybe.

Scales was good. And Fuld is doing great. Less power than Fonzie but more contact. D-Lee had 2 HRs, and 7 RBIs today!

Did anybody see what happened during today's Astros-Padres game today? Mainly in left field?

The LF for the Padres was actually allergic to them.
