I'm Yankees. Can't believe I got the name. My team was awful and only 500, so I made a new team. First season: 40-10. It's called Murders Row. Mariano is so good in this game. It seems like such a kids gam and looked awful, but like Power Pros, you can't judger abook by its cover. Speaking of which, it seriously ripped off Power Pros hitting system.

No, what I was saying is they used the same exact hitting sytem, running system, and fielding system as power pros. There pitching is the same as expert mode too.

holy crap, i was 0-1-1 (1 loss, 1 tie), when i faced a guy who was undefeated, 3-0-0, with the bosox.

no scoring in the 1st, he can't do anything with his half of the 2nd. (3 inning game)
i somehow rally for 2 runs, and zito seems to be cruising.
but it is barry, and he gets knocked up for 3 runs (i couldn't find the sub button...) before brian wilson closes the rest of the guys out.
now i'm down 3-2 in the bottom of the 3rd (read: 9th)
i get runners on 1st and 2nd, no outs.
wake comes in to replace a tiring brad penny.
a pablo sandoval grounder moves them over a base, 1 out.
bengie molina, in a 12 pitch at-bat, finally whiffs on a nasty curve in the dirt.

so 2 outs, runners on 2nd and 3rd, fred lewis being our last hope.
after balking at pitch one, he misses strike one.
on the next pitch, he reads the changeup correctly and just gets it in front of a charging jason bay.
while the first runner scores easily, randy winn is just past 3rd when bay fires.
the throw is about a foot and a half off target, and winn manages to squeeze in beyond the late tag to win it for the giants, 4-3.

My first win, and in incredible fashion.
comments?

Best come back was when I was down 6-0 in the 9th. I don't remember what happened, but off Paplbeon, I got a 6 run ralley to tie it 6-6. The game contuniued till the 12 inning, (I had just taken Mariano out after he pitched 5 innings) (ends after 12 in tie automatically) in which he finally got a run off of this awful reliver I picked up from a draft card (31 or something terrible like that). Next inning, I get two runs off an inside the park homer (threw to third, not the cutoff). This guy was an awful clutch player aparently. I hit great in the clutch, mainly because while others get nervous, I play the same.
