RobDiesel steped into Wringly Field and smelled the air of opening day.He had praticed here before,but nothing beat opening day. As he went to the dugout fans wanted his autograph,they knew him from high school. RobDiesel was 2nd behind Mark DeRosa in the Depth Charts. But in the 8th inning,down by 1,man on 2nd,and RobDiesel pinched Hit.As he stepped up against the Mets Johan Santana,he knew he was ready. Ball goes by. STRIKE 1,RobDiesel argued,but lose.Then came a CHG near the middle,a swing of the bat and A Crack was heard,It was going,going,going,gone.Homer! First at bat homer. After that The Cubs heald on 7-6.As RobDiesel was walking out of Wringly,Johan came up to him and said "Nice Homer,Rookie." Come on,Yelled David Wright. RobDiesel watched leave the bus and said,"Quoted by a major,Your on your way"

As RobDiesel walked into Yankee Stadium for the All-Star Game, He thought,wow,im playing in "The House That Ruth Built". He walked into the NL Locker room. He then befriended lance berkman,then they played. the NL won 6-3. RobDiesel hit 4-4 1 homer, 4 rbis. He and Lance then ate dinner later,they had a great time.
