F/A Time. The Eagles are not looking for position players but are looking for some relied help. The Eagles have made offers to Weathers(3.42 ERA) Guardado,(3.98 ERA) and affeldt(4.56 ERA). They have given the most money to weathers(8,500 points) than any other free agent. Weathers is looking for 3 years and 2500 points and with his skills decreasing, a 1 year deal would be better. They offered guardado good money and they offered affeldt 3,100 for 2 years although he is looking for 2 years and 4000 points. His suitos are the padres and giants and they offered him low money because they are already after the lefty guardado

Spring Training 2009
The eagles have managed to convert some players so far as fruto has learned to play CF, and coloramino has learned LF as they are trying to see if prospect Manny Garcia(D con B pow 3 TRJ Clutch 4) can become a staple in right field. They have also taught McMillan how to throw a splitter which could help his arsenal in 09'
