I had the conversation with Oakley about the Mirror of Truth and he thinks it rubbish or whatever, but the Mirror of Truth is still not in shop. Can someone tell me when it will pop up?

P.S. I'm in year 3 currently

It will pop up soon. It popped up for me around the second half of the 3rd yr or early in the 4th yr.
