Do u have any of the players up now? i can't make players that r anything like what u guys make.

I have quite a few already made. Heres a few of them:

wow, thse guys r amazing. How did u make grim reaper, satan or any of thse guys? And why is ur stamina so high for the closer?

because in mylife (sometimes, I'm always started in AAA) and success mode, they'll start you except for the final game in success mode, where you set the lineup.

Actually, it was because of the fact that I got a Dr. Good job event that got me B- Stamina and I had some points left over to raise it even more. Dr. Good Job is an event that happens usually once every few players. He comes up and offers to treat you. If you say yes, he gives you a few otpions including "Make my Player Stronger". This can succeed and fail, if it succeeds your guy gains huge stat benifits which include as much as a +5 MPH (I got +1), +30 Stamina, +30 control, you get the picture.

but yeah, i would have used it to gamble on an ability, unless the only ability was something like spider catch (got that once from a SoD for my closer! )

All he had left was strength points, and it was more useful then getting power. How is the thread so far? Is it a good read or are there any problems I have so far? Should I just skip to the players?

Actually, most of the rest are players and there more to anything underworld, grim reaper, or generally hellish/spooky. I think I only have 1 player who is related to satan (named satan) and another one is called hades (with blue hair haha).
I am in a modified AL west, at least I probably am. I originally made Grim Reaper to be a DH but he is such a good fielder that I might just go to the NL. The modified version will include the hall-of-fame team (so I can have a big challenge) and possibly the Yankees and Mets, the two best teams in THIS game. I might not though because I want to have some challenge in the play-offs and other divisions. I will include all above average teams with the two best, mine and the hall-of-famer one. I'll probably keept the Angels and the Brewers are always good. Playing the Rockies is always fun because of their park when hitting, but there is nothing more frustrating when pitching and a easy play becomes a double all the time (the ball sails too far, line outs are non-existent). I'd also say a modified (improved vastley) cubs are possible as are a modified dodgers/Phillies.

Haha, I never even thought about that, it should be interesting. I might edit the Angels players and make a few of them super-stars and hall-of-famers so I have a challenge. K-Rod will not be updated though, I have already edited him because he was completely over-powered (intimidator and Dr.K? Yeah right, Mariano is more intimidating (not in personality but because players come up knowing the game is over even more so with Mariano), although Mariano doesn't have the ability after being edited either. I kept Dr.K but I lowered a lot of other things with K-Rod until his ERA was actually what it was in real life, not a 1.1 or something.

I've been overloaded with homework, I think i can on Friday. Thanks for the compliment. I'm including the hall-of-fame team (from the success mode forum) as they will be my biggest compeition. I just have to make 2 more entries before I get to the players.

So things are easiar to read, I'm going to start putting each entry in a differet post. I will now be posting about 15-20 post in a row that will be edited in the future.
