Why? Waxes improve stats. Surprise bag is just as expensive but there's a 99% chance you won't get anything useful.

Waxes are good tho...

+3 power, + 1-2 top speed, + 1 running speed, + 1 fielding

you need to use them to max a character...

His top speed is only going to be in the low-mid 90s, but he has a 4 V-SLD and 4 KN, as well as a rising slider.
i'll get him done soon.
