seen him maybe 4 times, first time, signed and success, all others, signed and failure. I S/L every week, so I never had any troubles with him...

I think i consider myself blessed and cursed as i never met goodjob before. Why blessed? No badjobs :) Why cursed? Well, I have to S/L insanely to improve, while goodjob would save me time, but its risky :)

The guy that signed the contract and succeeded turned out very well, and could have been maxed out if only I got a Gambler's Ring. I missed Jaw in the beginning, but Goodjob helped me a lot.
And for the other goodjob failures, I always just exited and reloaded...

go with the low risk low return strength upgrade, just say no when he asks you to sign

I've been incredibly lucky with 3 for 3 with the Doctor (and boy did he do a good job!).

Anyone know that chances of getting him? Because for my next player I might just S/R for him.

I've heard that he has a good chance of showing up on the last game. He showed up for me twice in thr first two months I once saved on the first week and went through those months 10 times before giving up on him. I also got him once when I was injured and Dr. Goodjob mentioned something about helping me with my injury, so that might help your chances.

Theres no crying in baseball.

This is why S/L was made, to avoid ruining your players due to a badjob/injury. Dont cry, just save, and reload.

i exaggerated that a little. i was REALLY upset because i was awesome in the game before and i dont really like S/L rapidly. success players can take me hours without all that.
