I would dominate season mode with the Big Red Machine.

MLBPP legends is an excellent idea. one of the aspects of the electronic arts MVP baseball games that i loved the most were the unlockable hall of famers and legendary players. most of the success players / player edits i've done in MLBPP have been legendary phillies (schmidt, carlton, ashburn, roberts, klein, etc.). it's great to play with these phils at the bank, but it would be even cooler to play with them at the vet or at shibe park.

you should send a proposal to konami / 2k!

I've actually done this on mvp 06 I revamped every single roster, actually did tons of research and tried to come up with the best all time rosters each team has ever had it was obviously harder with weaker teams like tampa bay where as most of the big name players they have had have been stars on other teams first like canseco, mcgriff, greg vaughn. there were a few teams almost unbeatable (reds, red sox, yankees, giants, dodgers, cards, my tigers, the A's and a few others. it was really a lot of fun it took me months just to set all the rosters I don't have the game anymore but still have rosters saved on my memory card. so if anybody has any questions about players, rosters etc feel free to ask! some of the lineups were just rediculous I allowed myself one position change for example I had mattingly at third base for the yanks. my yankees line up when I used them was: r.henderson lf (he should be on oak but I wanted to use him) d. jeter ss l. gehrig 1b b. ruth dh m.mantle cf j. dimaggio rf d. mattingly 3b y. berra c and soriano or w. randolph 2b like I said any questions feel free to ask

You can use active players right? If so add Dunn to the lineup. If not take out randy johnson, curt schilling, and Luis Gonzalez. Some of the others might still be around as well.

Gonzalez, Johnson, and Schilling are all important figures of the D'Backs though. I can't take them out.

The Rays will be even tougher. Would Randy agree that he should be on the D-Backs? Same with Shilling. The Yankees are unbeatable. The Red Sox have some great players too, but all-time the Yanks would destroy them. The A's would win their division without doubt as well, as would the Tigers. The Phillies would easily take the NL East, the Cubs and Reds would fight it out in the central, and the Dodgers would probably take the west but the Giants could put up a fight. The two best teams without doubt are the Yankees and Athleitics all time.
