Anyone know what it's based on how much tom gives you? I've had him give 50 and 150. And it's not random because I've reloaded.

It's based on how far you get in his arc or how much you passed by, I think it's the Arc.

cause its the storyline you go through with him, arc has been used to describe side storylines forever. i think, havent been around that long.
