How do you get good morale, have motivation at 10 all success mode? I've not seen it on a player yet.

You can get good morale from watching a movie (reload for "that was a really good movie) at the street. (see wiki for details)

As for motivation at 10, it's not that hard, movies will help, dates will help, Powerin Special will help.

(Off-topic: powerin special costs less than powerin DX, yet it recovers more vitality and raises motivation and injuries heal faster.)

I think there are two was of getting it...
One is completely random, you have to help on something..
Two is I think going to a movie...
Chief says, "That was a really good movie."
Motivation has increased by 1!
Money decreased by $15!
Your Energy increased by 5!
Your Mentality Points increased by 6!
Gained Morale (good) mentality.
(Received Gd Morale on Personal Data/Other tab)

Ok I'm on my first game with the galaxy sharks although from doing well I got a few extra abilities so he is kinda my Marvin on steroids.
