I have a surprise bag, and I got a Legends of Baseball book (for either Fastball Life or Spin), should I keep it or go for the SoP???
Second question, if I keep the Legends of Baseball, which ability should I "aim for" first?
(Note, I will get 1 free Legends of Baseball book from Sittch)

First, are you a fastball type pitcher or BB pitcher? I mean having either or is good, but you can also just buy them.

If your patient, go for SoP because the LPoB (yeah I abbreviated it) abilites are buyable.
I'd go for battler or Dr.K.

I like the idea of the Dr. K....

Right now I have
2SFB, KN, and DCB, and (a custom pitch when it comes around)
And I would rather use my "buys" for other abilities....

I always go for SoP because as long as you have a Gambler's Ring the FB Life and Spin are no problem.

I got 2 more surprise bags...
I opened one of them, and it had an SoD...
Question, should I keep the SoD and get an ability, or should I keep on trying to s/l for the SoP?

It's really a question of what abilities you want and which of those you have an alternative means of obtaining.
There's no clear cut answer till you figure out what YOU want to do with your player.

Personally, SoD are pretty useless for a pitcher unless you're getting Gold Glover and/or Pivot Man, but you can buy those. As for SoP, you can get Lucky, Dr.K, or Battler, I think Gd Release too, but still, those ar better for a pitcher than any other abilities you can get from SoD.
