It's possible that there are differences between the 2007 and 2008 versions, although they won't be by much.

Are you talking about what MaxD is talking about, like what the wiki says he'll give you...or are you talking about it says that your top speed has been upped by 5, but you only get a boost of 3 for it? Because I've seen where my pitcher gets injured and it says top speed decreased by 1 but it never goes down.

The numbers from Goodjob ARE different this year.

Yes he does give you a +5 in top spd.(07' was +3) But unfortunately he only boost your control and stamina +20 instead of last years +30.

This is my experience anyway when I sign the document. I also could only reload for him 2 times. It seemed he just wouldn't show up for me anymore after that. I mean, I did reload quite a bit, but it may not have necessarily been enough.

if/when someone edit's the wiki with the 2008 values, do NOT delete the 2007 values (since they are correct )

Max, this is why I suggested Dr Goodjob (character); Dr Goobjob (Success Mode Event 2007); Dr Goodjob (Success Mode Event 2008) should be three separate pages.

I'm not sure if this applies to your situation, but if you're nearing a stat limit, you won't get a full boost. For example, if you get a successful operation at 102mph, the game can only give you +3 to top speed instead of +5.

Or if maybe you didn't sign the document?? I've never done that.

I signed it. It went from 82 to 85.

Meh, I'm teaching HS kids math and science and have a girlfriend... I haven't had the time to really put into pages recently... Most of my effort has been keeping the forums a bit more sane.

Hopefully someone will tackle this and split the pages on the wiki.
