You can BUY (No other players!) Matt Cain and Tim Lincecum each for 15000-16000!!! I was shocked!

And also INCLUDE Tony Pena (Royals shortstop) as a throw-in - he is worth up to 10000 points!

I may not call this a steal but I was actually surprised with it:

Ray get:
10,000 pts

Pirates get:
Trevor Miller

I thought this was an interesting trade....
(dream draft mode)
The two CPU teams did this....

Giants get: Magglio Ordonez

Mets get:
Carlos Zambrano
and James Shields

My best two trades in my new team is...
(dream draft again)
1. I traded away J. Hammel for J. Papelbon
2. Then I traded H. Blalock for C. Figgans

I prefer not to do trades because if you're playing with a non-arrange team or a non-fantasy draft team it really sort of kills the realism to have random players from other teams on your roster that aren't on the real-life roster. However, I did choose to trade Matsui for Xavier Nady and Damaso Marte because I needed those two players to complete the roster and didn't plan on playing Matsui. Nady can't play Left Field in the game so I keep him at DH.

When you play the SF Giants, you want to dump everyone except Cain, Lincecum, and Bengie :)

Yeah, pretty much, maybe even Bengie if you can get someone better like Maurer.

Actually, Dave Roberts is a good leadoff guy.

I am doing a Giant franchise right now...(no log)
But you would be surprised....
The Giants have a lot of "trade-bait" (Zito, Rowand, Durham, Winn, Aurilia)
I actually picked up star names like (B. Phillips, C. Figgans, P. Fielder, King Felix, R. Braun and more...)

Your trading away good old players for good young players.

Yeah....my lineup went from stock....to WS contender....
I robbed the Angles..and the Brewers...and the Reds.....
From the Angles I traded for Chone Figgans, K-Rod, and Ervin Santana
From the Brewers I traded for Ryan Braun, Prince Fielder, and Gallardo
From the Reds I traded for Edison Volquez, and Brandon Philips....
I filled my lineup with youth and inexpensiveness.....

his salary would probably fit under the marlins' budget!

Thats what makes everything strange.....
17000(zito)+12000(rowand)+7200(durham)+6750(winn)+-4000(aurilia)=46950 in salary...
So my salary (for the whole team)[overall annually] right now is 44500......the limit is 155000....
