I rarely practice. Maybe twice or three times in Succes Mode during AAA. I just use Sittch and Frank and if they are not there then I progress the schedule or regain Vitality. I get Scout's and Coach's eval up a lot because I S/L until I do really good in games.

same here. i only practice with the coaches, otherwise i go to sittch, frank, or to eat.

I found out something. If you get hit by the shuriken you can get injured because there are real ones mixed in with the others.
