What? Morris is way better than just "okay," and Ingram and Rainey are pretty much average

Not compared to other fantasy relevant running backs. Morris slots in as an okay number 2 running back, Ingram is probably outside the top 40, and Rainey isn't going to contribute much unless Martin gets injured

I love my draft. I think I had a great draft. Ingram is going to be great this year because he is a RB for the SAINTS. Where running backs end up with a lot of receiving yards and TD's in games. Bobby Rainey had some good games last year and I believe he could have a great season if Martin gets injured again. (Highly likely).

I see my team as a little bit above average, but that's a little biased because I drafted them.

I don't think that's quite how that works. The reason Thomas and Sproles had so many recieving yards is because they (especially Sproles) were RB/WR hybrids in a pass heavy offense. Ingram isn't made from the same mold. He may see more rushing attempts, but I think he'd be lucky to have 20 receptions and 100 yards.
Well yes and no. It's likely he'll get injured, but not nessecarily more likely than average. That's just how it is as a running back.

And if they're not great players, I'm not gonna act like they are. Just because I'm not sugarcoating it doesn't mean I'm insulting them. If they're terrible, then so be it

Phillies: That divisional alignment is interesting, and I think I've seen it before, but I really have no preference. The Packers stay the same either way. I don't think an NFL Minor League would work... What would happen to the play level of big league teams if all of their decent competition in practice(practice squads) all left and played in a minor league season? Practice squads would be worse, and I think play would suffer slightly, but not majorly. I still think most teams would rather have them practicing against the big guns on the team's current roster than playing against what is essentially the practice squad of other teams in a minor league format.
