hmm ive unlocked all characters but i still see two question marks in the store... what are those two items? anyone know?

Star CandyX2 and Superstar. Just buy some items from there and when you leave it should say you unlocked it. You're talking about the secret shop right?

ive bought items before... do i need to buy a certain amount? i think i spent like 700 coins

Don't have it, not interested in getting it. Count me as another who doesn't care for sports games tricked up with power-ups and special powers and such. Also, I'm not at all bored with Power Pros.

I did get Tiger Woods 09 a couple of weeks ago, and have been playing that some. With football season back in swing I dusted off Madden 08 as well I'll be picking up The Force Unleashed next week when it comes out, and the week after that getting 'de Blob' for the kiddos (I think my 6 year old will love it).

Did you buy them at the secret shop?

if you buy one of every item at thesecret shop, youll get them unlocked.

That's what I read on a forum at first. So I did that, and it worked. But later on another file I didn't and I still got them.

Kritter is the best player in this game. Anyone agree?
His defense rocks, his batting pwns, and his pitching is epicly reliable

boo, especially star boo, is the best pitcher for me by far, a King K. Rool homers for me 99.99 % of the time.

I played on difficulty 4, I won 10-8 2 runs by Rool and 7 by Kritter.
Kritter homers for me 33.3% on 4. K.Rool homers 10% on 1.
It was a 9 inning game, Peach lasted 6 innings. Then it became interesting (They scored 4 in the 7th and 8th making it 10-8). The reason I called his pitching epicly reliable is because in the 8th with runners on 2nd and 3rd with 2 out (runner on 2nd could tie it), and he got out of it. Next inning he allowed some hits and got out of it with the bases loaded to win it.

Bowser just played me on difficulty 5

It was a tie game but thanks to many rigged things there he scored 7 runs in the 4th. Then I scored 8 in the 5th. I brought Mario in for the save situation. He blew it and it went to extra innings, nothing in the 6th, But in the 7th thanks to an error item (bob-omb) it turned a routine flyout into a 3 run inside the park homerun. Then I switched the defense around to have more speed in the outfield, it helped as I got to rob a home-run. I closed it out even though I forgot who was pitching. Sure enough, Luigi won MVP as he also robbed a home-run and had numerous other hits.

K.Rool: Gunned out the possible winning run going to third (from RF), also hit the go ahead home-run, even though it was extremely lucky that it wasn't robbed.
Everyone else on the team helped slightly one way or another... Except Wario, who had a chance to rob a homerun but he decided to pretend he was injured instead.
Bowser: For a very exciting game.
All the fans.
Whoever didn't build Bowser Stadium to have incredibly rigged fire.
