Not sure if there is another requirement because I didn't bother talking to Oakley much until year 6 or so -lol- I was either at 3 or 4 stars with Oakley when I hit him up for lunch and he brought Joshua along. Since I'm in a multi-year contract I haven't actually had a chance to see what kind of numbers Joshua gets.
