After practice Marco called me and was wondering what I was doing. I told him that I was going to try to learn a new pitch and told him that I would need a catcher. He came along and decided to catch for me. The coach was watching me throw and Marco catch.

It was Friday, the last day of practice for the week, so we had some practice tests today. All the pitchers had a test where we threw 10 pitches of our choice to hit a specific zone.

B) Throw all 10 changeups
C) 50/50 4SFB/CHG
D) 25/75 CHG/4SFB
E) 25/75 4SFB/CHG

In my pitching test I was doing a lot of work painting the corners but only on my fastballs, my change ups could not find the correct zone for some reason and I scored a 13.

I was quite bummed that I was at the bottom for the pitchers.

In my batting test, I didn't do as well as I could have. I took the first two pitches which both looked like balls to me, which would have gained me 2 points, but were both called strikes. I did end up smashing one in the left-center gap for 5 points, but only ended up scoring 18. I didn't do bad, but I didn't do good.

In my pitching test, I thought I did solid. I painted the corners with a lot of impressive curveballs to gain some points. I ended up with 20 points, not bad, but not my greatest performance.
