Where I live there are plenty of people who are responsible and own guns. I don't think anything too rash should be done with gun control, but I do believe that somewhat more strict gun control could help.

So I found this thing on someone's lawn while I was coming home from a friends house, so logically I picked it up and carried it all the way to my house, what should I do with it? I can take a picture of it assembled if you want too, taking it apart was pretty easy.
