I wanna cry.

I had Gerrit Cole done, beat the Sharks, he was at 90-something MPH, F control, B stamina, level 2 CB/CHG/SLD, and I took off the Ace Stud. I thought for a minute that after adding some Glove Waxes it was at 100 MPH, so I sold the Ace Stud, thinking it would restore the 5 points of ctrl I lost when I equipped it. It turns out my top speed after selling it was actually only 97 MPH. I was mad that it wouldn't be high enough so I didn't save. Then I went back and tried to see if my save was still there but it wasn't.

I still don't understand why there was not a create-a-player feature put in. I imagine it's not that hard to implement! Having this as the only way to put in players is maddening sometimes.

You should be able to spend those extra Shop points to create a player (500 per player, or 100000 for unlimited)

Anyway, I'm redoing Cole and I think he'll turn out better than my last try. Currently at Year 2 (Mar, Week 1) with 92 MPH, 2 SLD/2 CB, 103 CTRL, 107 STAM, and $975. Hopefully doing steak events will increase my stam and get me some cash to get waxes at the end. I can live with the ctrl around F but trying to maybe reach E at least. Maybe I can add a CHG too but I don't know if I can fit that in.

I think a two seamer would be a better fit than a CHG.
