I think Ian Stewart/Greg Reynolds were their top prospects around that time. They thought with all his talent he would be blocked by Helton. http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2008/04/b ... ospec.html

Lars has bounced around AAA teams (playing for the White Sox right now), he's just a Quad-A type guy I suppose.

Yeah, I did. You would think a former pro baseball player could get a better job than that...

Anderson was released on the 18th, so he is therefore not playing for Chicago's AAA team, or anyone else's for that matter.

I don't care if Skittles comes up with some snarky remark to me about how I'm complaining..

but come the *(censored)* on guys, this roadtrip has been straight-up embarrassing. the Phillies have hit rock bottom and if this past week doesn't convince the idiots in the front office that their little plan to "go on a roll like the Mets think they can" is stupid, then I don't know what will. the trades better start rolling in because this season is another lost cause.

It's honestly depressing watching them.
