Wow, that was fleeting.

Anyways, thanks for the welcome, and Zumi, that was the ONLY way to enter. Plus, I mean, I could NOT resist that pun.

I've been many places, seen many things, scaled summits (well, not summits, but I did walk up and down a glacier), crested valleys, all that fun stuff.

Or, in actuality, I've been just hanging around, pushing my iTunes song count over 9200 now, finishing up high school, then taking a vacation to New Zealand these past couple weeks. Y'know, nothing huge.

Random things of note were great food, my first helicopter ride, my first small plane ride, walking on a glacier, bungy jumping for the first time, and going from beaches to rainforests to mountains and all over, but always having an amazing view.

I went to a Tigers game this past week, sat in a luxury box, got to meet Dan Petry of the 1984 championship team, passed by a member of the Fox Sports Detroit broadcasting crew, scored an Anibal Sanchez jersey, and got to run the bases after the game.

Yeah, definitely not as badass as New Zealand, glaicers, and helicopters.
