In this decade (2010-2012), who has the highest single season ERA of pitchers who threw at least 200 innings in that season?

You must name the pitcher and the season he did it in. You do NOT need to say what his ERA was or how many innings he pitched, but if you do, you will have impressed me.

Lackey only threw 160 innings in 2011 but his ERA would have been tops by nearly a full run had he qualified.

Hint: The pitcher played for an AL East team during the season he posted his ERA, which was 5.18.
