Welp, time to catch up on conversations.My team was supposed to have 4 meets in the span of 10 days and 3 of them got rained out. We've only run 2 outdoor meets this year and tomorrow is our last one. But congrats on the PR, Agent, and have fun at Fenway!
We were going to get out right before Memorial Day weekend, but thanks to Snow/Rain Days, we're now getting out a week later. Fun.
(I found one with a rainbow background. It was too good to pass up!)

So far, we're 5-1-1 (had to forfeit while up 3-2 ). I'm batting .500 (8-16) with three doubles, four steals, a walk, and a hit by pitch, so it's been a good season at the plate so far.

Today we played and won 8-1, I was 2 for 4 (two singles, one a weak infield hit). Still haven't pitched yet, which bugs me.

And props to Jason Collins. Also glad that one of my favorite players of all-time (Chauncey Billups) didn't say anything ignorant.

Dang it Skittles, I wanted to break the news...

I have 22 days of school left, with Memorial Day off, and a field trip on Wednesday not being counted. Can't WAIT for summer this year, I've had enough of school. I've also lined up a summer job. Mowing my grandparent's lawn twice a week, which is perfect for me.
1. It will pay handsomely due to me being their grandson
2. I only have to do it twice a week
3. It'll only take about 2 hours to do
Also, summer league basketball starts up right away, on June 2nd. My sister is moving back home for the summer, as she is going to have a baby. I'm not doing football, which makes me really happy because football sucked. Ahh, I can't wait!!

Heyo, good for Jason, it takes a lot to come out. I would imagine it's even harder in his position.

Weather's been surprisingly good here, it was in the mid 70's today. Don't mean squat tho, since it very well could be in the 40's tomorrow.

My friend had a nervous breakdown during school today. I've been chatting with him about it for a while now. I'm just trying to keep his thoughts positive, make sure he knows he can pull through and that he has people behind him. It's kind of nerve racking. I hope I'm saying the right things.

It is very hot in this part of California.

Luckily, I only have to live in the area for 3 more months.

Yeah it's been in the low-90's here in the Bay Area lately.

Where are you moving? Somewhere else in Cali, I'm assuming?

Been playing Pro Baseball Superstars 2013 - it reminds me of MLBPP's Success Mode. I didn't figure out how to do pitching until late in the season and I finally began lowering my ERA. It seems like every pitch gets hit and it took me a while to realize how I could get strikeouts and pitch efficiently. Anyway, despite my bad pitching (mistake pitches = HRs almost every time!) and the team not doing great outside of my starts, we somehow got to the playoffs (top 4 teams make it, in NPB I believe). I ended up with some type of award for wins - 12 (I thought it was higher!) - but a 6.13 ERA (which was down to 4.95 or something).

Actually 3 teams make it from both leagues which equals 6 in the NPB.

Right, I thought it was 4 and then one is knocked out. Either way, we made it and were eliminated by the first round.

Moving from Inland Empire and going to Long Beach for college.

The city usually has great weather, I know it did the last time I went there.
