I believe the highest OVR is Pete Grossman, in the mid-80s. They're all serviceable players, but likely none of them could really become a star in the NBA even with normal size.

Postgame - October 31st, 2012 (Wed.) - Dragons locker room

Head coach James Morris, also the ninth grade teacher at Lowell, stood up to address the team. "Great game," he said. "We may have come up short on the scoreboard, but in the intensity level we definitely won. I like that we stuck to our style of play, up-tempo with a lot of zone defense. However, we need more production out of our bench guys. Part of that may require more playing time, and I'm going to look to give all of you bench players, especially Trent and Carson, more time in games and in practice. We need our best unit out there every night, and if that requires some lineup changes, I will not hesitate to make them. My assistant, Josh Grossman, has given each player a letter grade based on their in-game performance, as well as their stats for the game. The list will be posted on the wall next to Pete's locker, if anyone wants to look at it. Our flight to Seattle is at 11 AM on the 3rd, so be there at 9:30." With that, Coach Morris took the list and a pair of thumbtacks, and put the list onto the wall. Immediately, players began to rush over to look at the list, while others started to change into street clothes.

"Great job on the wins, but I want to discuss what we really want to do in games. We need to run more zone defense. I know that's my fault, but we were doing so well in man-to-man that I didn't switch us out. Second, we were only 10 for 32 on threes. Point A, we took too many threes. Point B, we missed too many of those threes. Point C, 40 percent of our field goal attempts were threes. Our next opponent, the Hornets, is a strong team. They have Anthony Davis and Eric Gordon to go with several other weapons. Anyone who is guarding Gordon will be expected to lock him down from deep and force him to pass or shoot 2s. Whoever guards Davis, we want you to try to score at least 10 points and get 5 rebounds. Team dismissed." With that, players began to shower and change. Except for Pete Grossman, the center. "Coach?" "Come in, Pete," said assistant coach Josh Grossman, Pete's dad. "I have some questions about Davis. I saw him play in college last year. Does he still use the mid-range shot like he did then?" "Yes, but you really should worry more about his inside game. He will look to dunk off of offensive rebounds, and he can block shots on defense." "Thanks, Dad."

I just want to see how many 3Pters people should be taking. Not that it matters, but if there is a guy with below sixty 3PT range, and he is shooting about 5-8 a game, I shall say stop, unless he is making them of course.
