If you happen to have any Success Mode ideas or storylines you have came up with, please feel free to post them on here. I would be delighted to see some of your ideas.

Maybe you go to back to college, or farther into high school. or they wil stick with AA/AAA, but maybe add A, or Rookie league

They should totally reinvent Success, allowing you to start off with a girlfriend or get one later one and what not, then allowing you to stick with her afterwards. Even have the girls change, like My Life, where you have different choices and what not, but each is random, like in Season mode when you create an Arrange team, how some guys will have the same name, but have totally different stats and stuff.

Another thing, maybe even have you play in an independent league if you don't make the college team, and even talk to scouts who come up to you from different teams! Or maybe combine Success and My Life! Though the connection will be hard, it could work! Like after college, your character is saved once, then after the minors, they are saved again as a final character, and finally, My Life officially begins!

Something tells me the 09 version will be High School, trying to make a college team, but then that makes no sense beacause you want to make it to the majors.... It's hard to tell....

It'll never happen. The IOC will only consider bringing it back if they allow MLB players to play. Selig isn't stupid, he's not going to put a 3 week hold on the season for MLB players to play... the owners would freak. (think about all the stress on managers for the all-star game, now put that on a full squad meant to claim gold?).

Also, the IOC thinks of Baseball and Softball as a "package deal" meaning they must have both (men's and women's). Since the USA dominates 12 years in (minus Japan's USA-killer pitcher), they're not going to want to bring softball back anytime soon.

How about where you start off in High School trying to make a team by doing challenges. That would be pretty cool.

I would want to choose which country your player is born and since the Olympics are out try to get into the World Baseball Classic

Pshhhh, we would probably win a medal. Even though like Ichiro would go play for Japan and stuff we would win.

I'd like all the 07 characters back.

High School straight to the majors, IMO.

High School to AAA. That should make your stats decent. And make it so you can skip steps if you are good. i.e. college to AAA

I'd say high school to AA, since alot of teams are using AA players now. But yea, it would be nice to have the Classic, that'd be awesome.

maybe make the difficulty level adjustable like in life mode. 08's success mode is so stressful for me
