So I'm at Nov. Week 3, with good vitality and $780. What should I do? It isn't prompting me to see Jaw, so I guess I should practice top speed?

I triggered it at times last night but haven't yet today. I did top speed practice and passed the scout test. Now I'm at Week 4 and I think I'm gonna either buy the gambler tickets or take Lucy out.

Are you trying for Dr. K and Intimdator? If so, did you remember to win both WJ games?

I lost the first but I'm pretty sure we won the second one. Looks like I won't get them then.

How many Gambler Tickets should I get? I have $900 right now. Or should I do something else?

Aha, but those five gamblers tickets (costing only 450 total) can give you +5 top speed of you're willing to take possibly 5-10 minutes of S/L. So I'd get 5 gamblers tickets and then do the medium S/L

Correct. You have two possible paths. On one hand, you could do some Jaws events, hoping he shows up. For five of his events, you can probably get about 1000 dollars, plus about another 750 through items=1750 (the equivalent of about three glove waxes, or 3-4 top speed). You could also buy the five gambling tickets (450) and S/L after each top speed practice. Assuming you're willing to spend the 10 minutes, you get 5 top speed (the equivalent of five glove waxes, or 2700 dollars)

Yep, and I think I'm gonna take the second path because it's more certain. It's a plus because if I do well in practice and the top speed ups, I can still use the ticket and it gets even higher, right? I don't know if I wanna take the chance that I go for a Jaw event and end up saving too early or screw it up somehow. The second way is safer, imo.

Should I just forget other arcs like Sittch and Lucy now? I got the ORIG from Sittch (not the Legends of P though) and am doing well with Lucy but if I finish her arc and get nothing for it, it won't be worth it. Also I'm wondering if I should try for more blue abilities along the way. I'm able to get Poise 4 right now with a Gambler's Ticket but I'd rather use that on top speed. Don't know if I'll have any money left by the end to get stuff like that.
