The only arcs I ever complete as a pitcher are Sittch and Steaklady.

Yeah, I've completed Sittch's arc twice now, and I'm working on completing the Steaklady arc also, though the last time I followed Brewers' walkthrough I didn't complete it.

Ive never done Lucy's arc as a pitcher but it's pretty easy as a batter so I think I'll make a pitcher version of Tim Inidator.

I've also completed Lucy's arc, with my first guy, though he was a pitcher. Could you do a hitter one with the Lucy arc?

And I have another question: do you know how much it costs to actually buy abilities like Recovery/Spin/etc.?

They should be on the purchase abilities screen

Yeah, but I never got enough points to buy them.

Also, when I reached the end, I still had a bunch of gambler tickets but I could only use one of them. What's up with that?

Recovery is 40 str/20 tcq/40 mnt iirc.

And you didn't have enough points.

Gambling lets you try for something that you don't have enough points for, but it will take all your points when you use it.

Example: If you gamble for something that you don't have enough power points for, it will simply take all the power points you currently have. From there, you can't gamble for anything that requires power points because you have none.

Sorry for DP, but have something I need some help on.

I'm editing Ackley into the game and I'm not sure what abilities/stats to give him. So far all I have for him is 8/104/12/8/9/8 plus Contact Hitter/Table Setter since he seems like that type of hitter, though I don't know much about him. What do you guys think?

EDIT: He seems like an average defender though his strengths are his patience/drawing walks (Patient Hitter), he's said to leg out doubles/get infield singles (Good Infield Hitter), he sprays hits to all fields (Spray Hitter), and that's about it. I also gave him Contact Hitter just because he set a record for hits in college and could turn out to be that kind of hitter.

No idea.

Anyway, Ive never done Pattys arc but I could do a couple test runs to try to get the hang of it and then do a walkthrough for you.

I made him in 2009 for the '07 game, I got 2BCBEEE if I remember right, plus Contact Hitter.
