Superstar mode was downright awful. Franchise mode was good, but still had its share of flaws.

I'm going to restart my MLB players experiment in Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakkyu, starting with Prince Fielder.

I'm thinking these for his stats:

4 TRJ
A CON
A PWR
F-E SPD
D ARM
D FLD
C E RES

A contact? I'd probably give him a B.

I'd also say he's got 7-8 speed.

Just my thoughts.

Different ratings system...

The reason for A contact is that his AVG has trended upward the past 2 years and is currently at a .311 mark. Though I guess B contact works.

The man hit 2 inside the park homers as a Brewer. You can't do that with E speed.

Oh, right, sorry about that. I just meant high E/low D.

Also, Comerica Park tends to increase batting averages since it's so large. He's batting .291 on the road, so B is probably good.

Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna get monetization on that account.

Also, I have no idea what to use for a background, and I have at least one idea for an original series. Any suggestions for those?

The idea I have for the original series is (working title) "Power Pros Truth Finders," which will be sort-of a Mythbusters-like series, examining a lot of things people want to know about the game (e.g. the Level 9 practice abilities).

Power Pros drinking game...I'll keep that in mind. Maybe.
