I'm playing Success Mode right now and the game could probably end Occupy Wall Street because sometimes it just doesn't know the difference between 1% and 99%.

It isn't much. At all really. It's only a teaser. And like any teaser, it teases us. They haven't even started shooting for the movie yet.

I've been getting increasingly confident/arrogant with my abilities at Success Mode, I think the next player I'm going to do will be an attempt at a maxed out hitter, with Intimidator... Even though I failed to get it on a non-maxed player, that was a little stupid mistake, I won't make it next time.

If you make maxed out players in succsse mode, in my opinion (and maybe others) the first time is fun, and maybe the next, but if you keep making so many, it gets very boring.

If I was going to make the perfect Success Mode hitter, do you think I should get Head First Slide or not?

I mean, it is technically a blue ability, but everyone who knows anything about it knows it's a terrible ability in every sense. It decreases your chances of being safe on a close play and increases greatly your chance of being injured.

No. Do not get head first slide. Sooooo annoying.

I'd like to point out that the Hd 1st Slide animations in the Japanese games are much smoother, resulting in the ability actually having some positive effect. Though sliding into first base headfirst is slower than running through the base IRL anyways.

Every animation in the japanese games are smoother, I guess it took them some time and some new technology to make the animations better.
