Uh... OK...

I would like to switch over to being Hill's agent if the trade goes through. If you want to trade Hill afterward, it doesn't matter to me though. I can always just change again.

Uh, you and AgentP will have to fight it out. How about I get you someone else to be an agent for like Eithier. But I really don't know.

I don't think the settings have anything to do with skipped games. I think the settings just affect the games you play. Id think that if you have hard settings, you'd do better when you sim than when you actually play. That's what happened to me when I got my pitchers really improved - they did better when the computer pitched them.
