yeah i think oakley introduces u to him when your friendship level is about 4? ive never tried him though since darryl does fairly well for me.. 3rd yr player getting about 7M

i may have these two guys mixed up on how u get them but for sure darryl is the one i use...

one u get from oakley introducing you to him after your friendship level is about 4 stars

the other is if you get to play in the all star game

You can get Daryl from increasing your level in the skill menu. I met him without making the post season. I think my level was at B when I met him.

well when i met him he gave this spiel about the all star game and stuff so i figured it was the all star game that triggered him

I'm pretty certain that Jacob is the one who comes after the All Star Game. Daryl doesn't say a word to you, he just hands you his card and leaves. Oakley, or some random teammate then tells you who he is.

I just got 996,000 for one year from Michael at 5 stars. They must not give much salary boost for steal totals because with 157 in one year, I was expecting more from them.

Well They seem to be about the same at 5 stars but Darryl has a broader range of salary possibilities.

i dont think stars mean they'll try to get you more money, and the game doesnt go with your stats much. unless they just dont want to pay alot for your 2nd year.
pitcher had the best ERA, most strikeouts and most wins, only got 1.3mil with maxed out darrly
hitter had most HR in nl, best avg and only got 1.4mil i think.

if only it were like season mode's contract renewals, where it goes by the persons stats and how much they want.
