Sonny, Randy, Kevin, and Jonathan all rested.

Jack, Mike, Jeffrey and Robert went into town. Nothing doing.

David went into town and found a "test your speed" machine. He hit 100 mph twice. (Top Speed +1, Control +1)

Bryan entered in a 100 meter sprint. He was neck and neck with another competitor, but ended up winning (Speed +3). The competitor introduced himself as Felix Feliz, who attended the rival Fortune University (he's a shortstop*).

Murfy went swimming by himself. He was so worn out from lifting weights that he just sat in the pool for an hour, swam to the other end, and left.

Anthony went swimming with Matt. They brought a ball to throw around and both had fun. (Matt: Control +4, Stamina +2; Anthony: Arm Strength +3, Fielding +3)

Philip met Jimmy and Johnny at the pool. They raced each other several times and Philip won every time. Someone brought a basketball and they shot around on a little hoop by the pool. (Philip: Speed +1, Arm Strength +1; Johnny: Top Speed +1, Control +8, Stamina +3; Jimmy: Arm Strength +1)

Scooter and Scott were waiting at the pool for Chris. "Look who finally decided to show up," they said as he walked in. "What is he wearing?" asked Scott. "I had to throw something on because we went to a restaurant before this. I decided on this shirt." "Um...isn't that a bit nice? You're going to take that off first, right?" "Nah," said Chris as he jumped in the pool. "You'll regret it later..." Scooter muttered under his breath. The three of them swam laps around the otherwise empty pool for a while until another kid showed up. "Hey, kid." The kid looked up. "Want to play 2-on-2?" Scott asked as he tossed the kid a basketball. "Sure," he said. "And my name's Reese." "Shirts and skins?" suggested Scooter, as Chris had a shirt on and Reese was wearing a white tank top. "Sure," said Reese. Scooter took the ball up top and passed to Scott. Scott passed back. Scooter stepped back and swished a 3. "Make it take it," said Scooter. "Fine," said Chris. Scooter took the ball, checked it, and drained another 3. "Reese, guard Scooter. I'll take Scott." Scooter checked to Reese. He was 8 inches taller than Reese. Scott was 1 inch taller than Chris. Scooter passed to Scott. Scott dunked over Chris. "Chris, you suck," said Scott. "There's a reason I play baseball and not basketball," said Chris, "and it's the fact that I suck a little less at baseball. Scooter took the ball and shot a 3, but Reese swatted it away. "This kid has some hops!" exclaimed Scooter. Reese went and got the ball, checked it to Scooter, and drove in for a layup. Scooter was ready to block it, but Reese passed back to Chris. Chris shot a short jumper. It missed the hoop by a couple feet, but Reese rebounded it and put it in for 2 points. The game went on a few more minutes, and Reese scored 10 points, but Scooter and Scott prevailed, winning 11-10 on a 3 by Scooter. "Nice," said Reese. "How old are you guys again?" "We're all freshmen at Powerful University," Scooter said. "We play on the baseball team," added Scott. "I'm a freshman too! I play at Fortune University**." "Great, so we have to face you, what is it, 5 times a year?" "Yep," Reese said proudly. Meanwhile, Chris realized the err of his ways a little while later. He had left his shirt out to dry, and when it did, the formerly red (as in Red Sox) shirt was now pink (as in the Pink Sox, Fortune College's baseball team***). Chris came out to get it and was the first one to notice. "Dammit, my dad is going to be PISSED if he sees this," said Chris. Reese came out next. "Hey, it's a Pink Sox shirt now!" he yelled. "What's going on?" asked Scooter as he was the next out. "Look at the shirt. It's PINK!" "Is that good or bad?" "It's obviously bad, I just borrowed this from my dad...I might as well go get a tattoo, he'll already be mad, why not make him more mad?" "Dude, why don't you just go get one at Target or something?" "He'll know the difference, trust me. Plus they don't sell Melancon jerseys at Target." "Well, you're screwed," said Scott. "Oh really? I couldn't tell," said Chris. "Yeah, well, if you're going to do anything, you better do it soon. It's 5:45 and I have to be home by 6, and I'm the only one with a car out of this group," said Scooter. "I have a motorcycle if one of you two needs a ride," said Reese. "I need to be home by 6:15 and I live across town, can you take me?" asked Scott. "Sure," said Reese, and it was just Scooter and Chris. "Like I said before, make your decision quickly," said Scooter. "Just a second, I'm texting my dad," said Chris. "If he's really mad, I'm just going to go down and get a tattoo, and walk home. If he isn't, I'll ride home with you." "He better reply quickly," said Scooter. "I got a text back already. Does it look like he's mad?" asked Chris as he showed Scooter the phone screen. "Unless you're completely blind or completely stupid, or joking, that's a ridiculous question. 'Is he mad?' I don't know, but usually an all-caps message with 4 F-words means someone's mad," said Scooter. "Well, looks like I'm walking home," said Chris. "Don't forget your jersey, and if he kills you, don't blame me. I'm totally against the idea." "You know what? Forget it. I'll just ride home with you," said Chris. But Scooter had already left. So Chris ended up walking home the long way, the way that happened to take him past two tattoo parlors. Still, Chris was able to resist the urge, and when he got home, his dad wasn't even there! "You're kidding me right? He's mad at me but he's too busy with his job to kill me when I come home?" (Scooter: Control +4, Stamina +4; Scott: Stamina +2; Chris: Power +1, Speed +1, Eval -2****)

David practices control all 4 days

Jack practices speed 2 days, fielding 2 days

Oh yeah, for Free Time, Robert will go swimming. Did I mention he's not that good at swimming? I don't think I did. He usually keeps to the shallow end, however.

Why is he so pissed off because of a pink Melancon jersey? Am I missing something?

Jeffrey will do power twice and arm strength twice and will swim. Philip will do contact four times and will also go swimming
