You'd probably need a sample size of almost the entire world for a study like that to be accurate.

Still not completely accurate, you would need to poll everyone in order for it to be truly representative of the whole world.

And Mac, it's a study. Using that logic, we would never be able to prove anything. Most research uses a few hundred to a thousand people. When you study 200,000 people, your results are probably pretty accurate.
