The Sixers got both Maurice Harkless and Arnett Moultrie. I'd say that's pretty solid.

Ryan Howard had his first rehab game. He looked all fattened up. I'm totally fine with that, though. The years he was fat, 58 HR and 45 HR, the year he isn't fat, 31 HR plus a torn ACL.

And the Mavs weren't stupid, they were actually pretty smart. This is a deep draft, so trading Zeller was a good idea. At best, Zeller becomes an average starter. But in return, they get three good, mature guys who can provide solid minutes off the bench or be a decent starter in case of injury.

Okay, the focus stone takes away your vitality, Skittles. It says technique points +2, vitality USED +4. That's why I discarded it in my let's play.

Is that what that means? I always thought that it added back vitality, since when you lose vitality, it's (in my mind) a negative number.
