I charged it, went for it with my bare hand, picked it up, and, since the grass was so wet from the rain prior, it slipped out of my hand and flew over the first baseman.
"C'mon Murphy, have to be aware of everything!" he said (-1)

How was I supposed to know that would happen...?

Anyways, when we finished up with the fielding portion, hitting was next.
"Murphy, you know the drill."
I did, and I was to go first, like usual.

"10 pitches, hit whatever you can."

What do I do?
A. Swing at everything
B. Swing at what I believe to be strikes
C. Swing at what I believe to be balls
D. Don't swing at all

I swung at the first, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, ninth and tenth pitches, all of which I thought were strikes, I hit 5 of the 7 of them.
Not bad! (+1)

Afterwards, we were to do baserunning.

We practiced running doubles, triples, and then did 4 full runs around the bases.

To say the least, I was winded.
And I did terribly. (-2)
