G control is tough. The two level one pitches are too. It really all depends on what you're going for. Are you making him down to earth? Or do you want a possible perfect season closer? If the former, then, yeah, that would be good.

98mph, D ctrl, E stam, SCB 3, SPLT 4

Also considering a good CUT for him- level 3 or 4 maybe?

I don't know about a cutter. Slider and SIFB pitches like that tend not to work all that great. A good sinker would probably be better.
