I like basketball, so I'll go with B.

If you had picked F you would've gone to the hospital. All abilities decrease by 2 (PWR by 30) and you gain Durability 2 and lost all Eval points.

I decided I would call around and try and set up a basketball game or something. I looked at the team's contact list. First I decided to call the team captain, Peter Smith, and see if he wanted to come to the park and try to set up a game. He said sure, that would be fine, and he would ask Pete and Frank if they wanted to come along. I also decided to call the Hendricksons (Luke and Marshall) but they were busy working. I then texted Mike and he texted back: "sure. meet u there in a few. Need me to bring anything?" I responded "no" and then texted Jayson McDougal, one of the pitchers. He said sure, his brother Adam was doing something, but he could come. I then headed to nearby Gresham Park, where I was greeted by the other 5 players. We decided to set up a 3-on-3 tournament. Peter said I could be first captain if he could be second.

I got first pick and decided to pick Mike. When he got back he asked if I was crazy because I hadn't picked Pete, who went next to Peter. I then sized up my options, Frank and Jayson. Jayson seemed like a ballhog so I picked Frank. Peter then got Jayson and our teams met to strategize.

Leo is a pass first point guard.

We are going to mainly focus on defense, but have fun too. It's just a pick-up game.

I assembled my team, Mike, Frank, and I and we decided to focus on defense, but also have fun.

At the end of the game my team was losing, 18 to 16. I knew we were playing to 21 (win by 3) and so I decided to pass inside to Frank for an easy 2 and tie the game. Jayson inbounded the ball to Peter and I immediately fouled him. One-and-one. He went through his normal routine and then shot the ball. It hit the rim and bounced out. I grabbed the rebound and started dribbling up. I knew we needed a 3, and I was 2-for-4 from deep already, so I pulled up along the right wing and fired. Swish. My team had won the game! And I had 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists!

The next day was Sunday, April 1 and I knew our first game, against Boston, was scheduled for 7:05 pm on April 2nd. I woke up, stretched, yawned, and wondered what I should do today.

Nice basketball game!

I decided to go to the 9 o'clock church service and then just relax on an off day. I looked at my alarm clock which said that it was 7:42 am. "Crap," I said to myself as I hurried to shower then put a Brewers jersey and some shorts on. I went into the kitchen and made myself a bowl of Quisp and got some Tang to drink. I quickly ate my cereal and drank my Tang before checking my phone which had 3 messages. The first two were from Mike who said "ready 4 game 2day?" and "crap. Forgot game was 2morrow. Nvm". The last was from Tim Cormier who asked if I would be able to come over to his house at about 1 pm. I replied with a "yes" and checked the time- 8:33- before brushing my teeth and then leaving for Danville Lutheran Church, which was luckily only about 15 minutes away. I got out of my car and went into the church. I had just enough time to say "hi" to Peter, Pete, and Frank, get a bulletin, and get a seat in the back of the church. I spotted the Barnetts in another aisle as I sat down and waved but they didn't see me. The service started with a quick children's message and then the kids left for Sunday School, leaving about 40 of us. The pastor made a few quick announcements and we started the first song. After singing two songs some high school students came in and walked to the middle. The pastor said, "From our high school class we have 2 students here today for a special presentation. Please welcome Terrence Hughes and Brad Gomes!" Brad began singing a song which I immediately recognized as "No Church in the Wild" by Jay-Z and Kanye West. Terrence rapped every verse, cleaning the language up when needed, and the students left. The congregation cheered the performance and the pastor settled them down with a quick Scripture reading and then launched into a short sermon about how the song's chorus was talking about believers and non-believers and how we should all strive to be followers of God so we weren't mentioned in some other song. About half the congregation laughed at the joke and then we were led through communion, sang one final song, and were dismissed. I went out into the parking lot, got in my car, and drove home. I turned on my PS3 and put in MLB Power Pros 2012. I started Success mode and started to try and make myself. I gave up after 3 unsuccessful tries. I decided to get some lunch so I drove to an In-N-Out Burger and got a quick bite to eat before heading downtown. I looked around for something to do and then ducked into a clinic with a sign reading "Dr. Goodjob, Sports Performance Doctor" on the door. A man with gray hair and glasses came to greet me and asked me to fill out a form. I filled it out then he asked which treatment option I wanted.

I checked off the box that stated "Guaranteed Bonus- 100% success". Dr. Goodjob took my forms, appeared satisfied, and told me to proceed into Room E. I did as told and upon walking into the room, saw a machine labeled "Baseball", and asked the doctor if I should go into it. He said not yet, I had to wait for his authorization. He asked me a couple of questions and then told me to step into the "Baseball" machine and stand still until he said otherwise. I stepped in and he pressed some buttons on the outside. The machine sent out some sort of scanning beam and then another beam which put me to sleep. When I woke up an hour later I felt a little stronger. I then paid Dr. Goodjob the $100 I owed him and left.

There's a game tomorrow, so I decided to get some rest and then worked out in the morning.

Our first game is tonight against Boston! It's a home game, too! Coach led us off in practice at 2 with some conditioning and stretching. We then went through BP and intense fielding drills. Finally, Coach posted the lineup at 5 pm. It looked like this:

We went through another round of BP and then our opponents took the field for their practice. They finished around 6:50 and we awaited the PA announcer's introductions.

A few players went before me and then the announcer called, "number 14, infielder Leo Michaels!" I trotted out to the field. A little while later we sang the National Anthem and our starters took the field for warm-ups.
