Dating Patty Guide (In Progress, Spoilers)

I started taking notes on Patty since no one has posted anything yet. I haven't finished her storyline, but what I have at this point should still be useful. Please feel free to add things or make any corrections. I will try to finish her off over the next few days and post the results. The best choices in each date are highlighted in bold.

For those that don't know, Patty is the girl you meet at the Hotdog Store. The first couple times you ask her on a date, she will turn you down and the following will be the result:

First date:

"Yes it is."

"Are you sure?"

Second thru seventh dates: (only visit each location once until the Hotdog guy asks to himself, "Is there something between those two?")

Food:

"No really, let's eat here."

"Yeah, let's go somewhere else."

"Let's have coffee and go home."

Park:

“Sit on the bench and talk.”

“Sit on the bench and relax.”

“Take a walk.”

“Swim in the pond.”

Lake:

“Nah, let’s walk instead.”

“Sure, why not?” (leads to next two choices)

“The rowboat.”

“The pedal boat.”

Mountain:

“Well, sort of.”

“Yes, I do.”

Lookout:

“Buy a diet soda.”

“Buy an orange juice.”

“Buy some tea.”

SC:

“The specialty store.”

“The music store.”

“The movie theater.” (leads to next three choices)

“All the time.” (It doesn't matter which of these you pick, they all lead to the next seven choices)
"Now and again."
"Hardly ever."

“Action”

“Science fiction.”

“Suspense.”

“Horror.”

“Romance.”

“War.”

“Anime.”

Repeat location:

Eighth thru thirteenth dates: (as before, don't repeat locations until you have been to all 6. If you have been following my guide and picking the ideal choices, you should be maxed out or very very close after the thirteenth date. If you need Patty to like you more to get maxed out, just talk to her at the Hotdog Store or repeat date, beginning with the location you visited first. I recommend not repeating Lookout though, more on that later.)

Food:

“This course the chef recommends.”

“The steak dinner” (My guy whipped out a 50% off coupon both times I tried this option. Can someone confirm you get the coupon every time?)

“The hamburger set”

“The pasta set”

Park (save before you go here!)

“Sit on the bench and talk”

“Sit on the bench and relax”

“Take a leisurely walk” (Small chance in receiving the negative "Baserunning ability went down", I forgot to check which specific ability this corresponded to though.)

Lake

“Nah, let’s walk instead”

“Sure, why not?" (leads to next two choices)

“The rowboat”

“The pedal boat”

Mountains

“Ok. Let’s catch some fish!”

“Nah, let’s go swimming”

Lookout

“Nothing beats home sweet home”

“The Vegas strip”

“The New York skyline”

“Tokyo is amazing”

SC (Save before you go here!)

"The specialty store”

“The music store”

“The movie theater” (leads to next three choices)

“Wait in line”

“See another movie with a shorter line”

“Go somewhere else”

Repeat location:
Same penalties as before, but it is possible to repeat without penalty. I am not sure exactly how this works, but you are definitely safe if you visit the first location after visiting all 6 once. For example, if you went to Food first, you can go again without penalty after visiting the other 5.

You might have to win all the games at the end to get Patty's ending. I had her at 100% and didn't get anything.

With Emily, I didn't win the last game and still got her ending.

I believe you do, this is where I am at now. There are a few more events that occurred after I was at 100% but before I won the games; I'm still trying to figure out the triggers and such. I hope to have more information over the next few days, but that depends on my workload this coming week. If anyone wants to add to this, please feel free. Following the above should make it very easy to get her to 100%.

Hm, the last choice of Patty's storyline, I can't figure out which is best. I've only gotten it once.

It's whether you'll help her run the hotdog stand, or mention your MLB career. I picked the first, and even though I filled up the likes bar, and got an (abridged) ending with her, I got no ability or gift.

I ruined my chances with my most recent guy, but I still intend to find out. I'll hopefully have a new guy through in the next few days and I promise I will only chase Patty this time.

On a side note, I did notice that Patty's likeability bar will actually decrease over time once it is maxed out. You have to keep dating her occasionally all the way to the end, say once a month or so.

Does anyone even know what you have to do to get the last choice that chrono is talking about? Iv'e gotten her bar to max and kept it up every month for about 3 characters and then make it to the last game and I get no ending.

Also, after you finish all 13 dates with her, if you go back to the lookout and choose "hold hands" during the fireworks, I have had a character lose good sense. Kinda pissed me off lol.

I worked at the hot dog place. I got the scene where Black Dog moved in. I dated Patty while continuing to work at the Ducks, and eventually, she didn't come to a date. I went to check on her, and I got a scene where Ben collapsed while overworking, and Patty ran the Ducks. I worked there some more, eventually, Ben got better, she came to talk in the park, and I got the last choice.

That sucks because isn't the black dog event semi random? I've only gotten it twice and I usually have my characters work at the ducks when they need cash.
