Yeah, that's why I said I'll update this after we/they clinch.

Game Seven

This was a true nail-biter. It appeared on ESPN Classics the next day, but who would win? All I have to say is, I pity the fool who goes cryin' home to their momma! It was Raul Gaddaba against Phil Hughes.

The scoring started in the second inning when Mick Jagger almost had a home run, but would settle for a double. Lennon tripled Jagger home and made it 1-0. Richards hit a two run bomb to center making it 3-1.

No more scoring until the fourth. It was the Yankees' turn. Bobby Abreu, continuing his rampage in this series, hit a solo shot. Alex Rodriguez doubled and Cano hit a tying home run. 3-3.

In the fifth, the Yankees struck again. After a Melky Cabrera single, Jeter tripled making it 4-3. A-Rod singled and Jeter could have gotten a hot dog and a soda and still would have gotten home standing up. 5-3. Pepper gave Gaddaba the hook, Gaddaba's season over. All of Scranton silent.

In the sixth, while Scranton was crying, Kennedy hit a solo shot making it 5-4. Scranton looked up at their television sets, and started to giggle a little bit.

In the seventh, Scranton was on their feet again. Sanchez doubled and Starr singled. 5-5. Kennedy tripled, and Scranton pulled ahead, 6-5.

WildThing came in in the eighth. Cano singled and stole second, Cabrera hit an RBI single and it was 6 all!

After a scorless eighth for the Stranglers, and a shut down ninth for WildThing, Scranton's average pulse was higher than the moon! Charlie Watts was the second off the bench in the game after McLeary came in and popped out in the seventh. Watts led off with a double, his first hit of the series! Sanchez singles, and runners were on first and third! Starr struck out. Kennedy was next to face Joba Chamberlain. Does anybody remember game three of the NLDS against the D-Backs? Is Kennedy great in the clutch? Does a bird fly? Does a fish swim? Can Geico save you 15% or more on car insurance?! Kennedy stepped to the plate. He then proceeded to blast a walk-off, World Series winning, history making, three run homer!!! Onto the casino!! Scranton celebrates!! It's all over! 9-6!!!

Final Score
Scranton: 9
New York: 6

WP: WildThing
LP: Joba Chamberlain
MVP: Kennedy

Pitching
Scranton
Gaddaba: 4.1 IP 3 SO 5 ER
The Edge: 2.2 IP 2 Hits allowed WildThing: 2 IP 3 SO 1 ER

New York
Hughes: 6 IP 4 ER
Hawkins: 1.1 IP 2 ER
Chamberlain: 1.1 IP 3 ER

Offensive Stars
Scranton: Kennedy: 4-5 1 3B 2 HR 5 RBI 2 R Hit for Cycle.
New York: Cano: 3-5 1 HR 2 RBI 1 R

Now, how will your player celebrate?

What a great way to get the World Series win. :)

Congrats to you, Paul, and to the Stranglers for getting the championship! :danceparty:

Pablo eats a world record number of jalapenos.

Wilson goes bowling, but uses a baseball instead of a bowling ball. It is reported that he hit 100 mph.

An amazing first season that was. Kennedy would always come through in the clutch for me.

Epilouge
Scranton fans blasted the team song, "Lazy Scranton", all day the next day.

While Chris Kennedy rounded the bases, the fans stormed the field, just like they would in the 60's and 70's.

Subway and Taco Bell saw sales go through the roof because of Ryan Howard, Pablo Sanchez, and Brian Wilson alone.

WildThing shaved his beard and it is now a Rollie Fingers moustache.

Paul had enough money to get surgery on Paul McCartney's disease.

John and Ringo were given free beers the next day and it wouldn't be polite if they didn't drink them all.

Azul painted the town, not blue, but Black and Green because of the Stranglers team colors.

Fans were throwing jellybeans at George Harrison all day because he mentioned he liked jellybeans.

Sgt. Pepper recieved the key to the city of Scranton for managing this motley crew.

AND THEY ALL LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!!

until year two....

New Agent Decision

The celebration over, Kennedy proposed this idea:

Kennedy: Hey! It's Halloween! Let's go Trick-or-Treating!

If your player wants to go, post what he will go as.
