How many players did you make? I'm trying to complete the number of players for my log.

I made 18 players and filled the rest with backups from F/A and other teams.

McCartney Pitches a Gem While Battling Athlete's Foot...What a Guy.

Joe Buck: Here we are at Fox at Panpaka Park just before game six with the Yankees one win away from 27 championships.

Tim McCarver: Yes, McCartney of course pitching with the athlete's foot of death.

Joe Buck: Forget the bloody sock, it's time for the itchy sock!

Athlete's foot or not McCartney was going against Andy Pettite in a must win game.

The Stranglers got on the board first in the first inning. After a Pablo Sanchez single, Starr reached on a fielder's choice with Sanchez being Jeter's choice. Kennedy came up next. With a full count, Kennedy crushed it to right-center field hitting the casino. 2-0.

It took a while for anyone else to score, but in the fifth the Yankees finally got to McCartney. Jeter doubled, and Abreu followed with an RBI single. 2-1. McCartney still pitching a gem.

In the sixth, Sanchez, Starr, and Kennedy single for a 3-1 lead. Ryan Howard laid down a surprising suicide squeeze, and Pettite was done, coming out down 4-1.

Kyle Farnsworth came in. Harrison and McCartney hit back to back singles. Sanchez drove Harrison in with an RBI single making it 5-1. Starr singled to load the bases and Kennedy hit a bases loaded triple blowing it open at 8-1.

In the eighth, Richards ran as fast as his old man legs could carry him to beat out an infield single. Harrison tripled and it was 9-1.

It stayed that way as Paul finished a heroic complete game gem, putting Lotromin on his Athlete's foot between innings.

Paul sends out a petition to all of Scranton to get his athlete's foot socks and cleats into the Hall of Fame just like Schilling's bloody sock.

Howard orders Subway for the entire team.

Yes, after the postseason. (one more game!) I'll post them when I do my year in review. It's going to be a pretty special review because you guys will be involved.

Player Update

The locker room was ecstatic. Not just because of McCartney's gem, but they were still alive! John gave Paul flowers. Jagger lit Sgt. Pepper's pants on fire as a prank. Sgt. Pepper was furious to say the least.

Paul: It itches. I can't take it!

George: What is THAT?
He pointed at a rash on Paul's back.

Mick: It looks like it spread across your body!

Paul: Great! And in the most hard to reach place too!

Gary Goodjob, the trainer noticed: That looks like the athlete's foot of death! Get him in the ambulance! Get him a back scratcher!

Chris: Wait. This isn't Luke Skywalker's robot hand?

Sgt. Pepper: What is the meaning of this?!

Goodjob: He has a really bad itch on his back.

Pepper: We need him here for support!

Paul: Heck. I've pitched through athlete's foot, why can't I sit in a dugout with athlete's back?

Marvin: Here's my favorite Gundar Robot to keep you company.

Paul: Gee. Thanks, Marvin.

Marvin: Glad you like them, Chief.

Everyone thought Paul was a hero. Keith was tearing up.

Paul: Hey. We're not done yet. When you're out there, taking your balls and strikes, catching those cans of corn, working hard, I want you to think of me. I'll be itching my red foot, but I want you to go out and win one for the itcher!!!!

Everyone: YEAH!!!!

Miss Kate: Guys, he's not all that great. It's just athlete's foot.

Raul: You're a hater. I put a curse on you.

Chris: Hating is for haters. Well, except for when hating Rebecca Black.

Man: Hello, I'm part of Miss Black's legal team and you just earned yourself a restraining order.

Chris: I don't know if I should be happy or ashamed.

Azul: What the ****? Rebecca Black has a legal team?
