Post subject:  Success Player Completion Request
EDIT: I think I've figured out wiki editing, kind of. My extent of expertise is just copying something already done and modifying it to apply to what I need, my best current example being Zero's page: wiki/index.php?title=Zero_Gibson I added the picture and stat table. This is incredibly tedious and I would appreciate any help I can get, either in wiki editing or gathering pictures and stats.


If it's possible, could somebody finish updating all the important success mode players (just the captains for other teams), in both 2007 and 2008, completing them would mean adding a picture to the page and adding their stats at their highest point in the game (usually latest)?

If somebody could do that, I'd be pretty grateful for it, if not, I will get around to it eventually, the pictures will be blurry though, and I'm not very good with wiki editing. I'll be starting with 2007, because I was going to go through that again anyway to see if I could get an original pitch.

Examples of things I'd like updated (I'll update this list):
Stats and picture for Wall.
A lot of player pictures from 2008.

As I've said, if nobody has the time, I'll get around to it eventually, but if somebody plans on running through success mode, and happens to have a camera handy, it'd make things easier. I'm not even sure I know how to put pictures on the Wiki, I'll try to figure it out, can't be too hard.


Edit: I've done a little experimenting and I now know I have no clue how to add pictures.

Double Edit: Wiki editing actually seems more complicated than I thought, so if anyone's experienced at it, I could send them the information/pictures and they can edit the pages, just let me know.

I can try that, but I'm kind of a n00b at wiki editing, I know some basic stuff, but not good ad advanced stuff like pictures, so I can try to help.

After a lot of hard work and frustrating reloads, I declare project (2)007 complete.

If you can find an important 2007 player who doesn't have a picture or stats up, then I missed somebody, that's bad, just tell me who and I'll get to it.

Assuming I didn't miss anybody important, I will be taking a short break and then moving on to 2008. This also assumes nobody else is going to step up and volunteer to help me.

You pause in the middle of the game, go to score (I think), it'll show all the players of both teams, including pitchers that have already been taken out, just go to them and press C or C+Up depending if you play 08 or 07.

On another note, before this, I never realized how many people have their eyes closed when you first meet them.

Man I've been looking for this tread for a couple of days.
I really want to help with this project on the Wiki. I play my Wii on my 21" iMac and I can take some real good screen shots of any game. So just let me know what you need a picture of & I'll upload it to this tread or the Wiki. Oh yeah I have all the Power Pro games ok so just let me know ok. :D

Well, I'm pretty much done with the pictures and everything, but, my camera, for some reason, takes pictures a lot worse on 08 than it does for 07, so you could replace any 08 player pictures if you want.

Also, next time you go through, could you get the number and handedness of Walter, Frank, Tom, and Jonathan? I forgot to do that, also, if you played without shortcut mode on you could probably get pictures of all the captains without somebody standing behind them, although you don't have to.
